What happens after you submit

Step 1. We hold your spot — you're on the first-25 list in submission order. No card collected; we don't charge until Iris is ready and you've actually booked your slot on the calendar.
Step 2. Purchasing opens June 27, 2026. Once it does and Iris's voice stack has passed our internal QA bar, you get an email with a calendar link and the option to lock in your time. If the wait stretches longer, we tell you exactly why.
Step 3. You pick a time, we send the call link, you show up. Iris does the rest.
If you change your mind any time before the call, you cancel by replying to any of our emails. No retention loop, no friction.
Why the wait
Iris is an AI voice agent built on LiveKit + ElevenLabs + Claude. She's real-time, she remembers your context, and she can walk you through a Synthflow install or a Twilio number setup. She's not a human and we never pretend otherwise — that's why this is $500 instead of $1,500. But she also has to clear our own internal “is this honestly better than a PDF” bar before we sell her time. We're close. We'll send the calendar link the day she crosses it.
