How replies work
Every email is read and triaged by Iris, the AI assistant. Iris drafts and sends replies to routine questions in minutes. Anything that needs human judgment (refund disputes, partnership negotiations, legal matters) Iris hands to Bruce — which adds 24–72 hours.
What we DON'T do via email: process payments, take personal data, ask you to "verify your account." If you receive an email from "Iris Bites" asking for any of that, it's a phishing attempt — delete it and email hello@irisbites.com to confirm.
